Craft is the new green.

If you look around the design world recently, it's hard not to notice that we seem to be in a renaissance of craft. Handmade goods with impeccable attention to detail, and perfect imperfections abound. So while Wall Street and the business world seem to be chasing after 'green technology' as the next big thing, we can't help but sit back and enjoy the many low-tech innovations by emerging talents. Is craft green? Absolutely! What better way to use materials and resources than to create beautiful things that make us slow down and enjoy our surroundings.
