CritBuns: A Design Entrepreneur's Story

CritBuns is an innovative new seat cushion created for the love of the crit. As any art or design student can tell you, spending many hours sitting on hard stools and on the ground for studio crits can create a lot of pain. So when designer Joe Gebbia emerged from a crit one day with marks on his tush to show it, CritBuns was born.

We met Joe recently and tested out a pair of CritBuns in person. In addition to making us chuckle, CritBuns was quite comfortable for hard surfaces. This simple, yet unusual product reminded us also of how creative thinkers can make everyday life just a bit more bearable.
